Springs were on the stiff side

hoping they will loosen over time. There's no way to adjust the tension. Other than that - pretty accurate.

slingshot is OK, but accessories could be of higher quality

the overall frame is nice and solid, but the included arrow clip and flashlight etc are sub-par.

laser only works intermittently

have tried with fresh batteries but it's still got a mind of it's own. waiting for my replacement....

Bloody Brilliant

What fun this thing is.Thanks Hammer Survival. Bonus bag of ammo lasted twice as long as it took to put together. Arrived in two boxes a couple of days apart. A good way to get past the fun police (customs/border patrol). The photo's on your web sight are more than enough to put this baby together. Thanks also for the torch and laser, extra springs, pins and clips, and last but not least the extra slingshot bands. Money very well spent.

there's no way you can go back to a regular slingshot after using a wrist braced one. this slingshot rocks!

Bad

It's a bulky mess. You'll get way more power out of bands. Every tube broke within 10 shots but the thick one. Arrow attachment is easily bent, springs don't come back enough to see the sight in the arms, no real comfortable way to aim it. All instinct.

GTX-3

Good unit but it didn't come with assembly instructions. The real downside was the delivery time. I ordered and paid for the unit back in January and it arrived 6 months later after sending follow up emails trying to find out where my order was. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this site based on my poor experience.

Great unit, excellent value.

Just received the GTX-3 Comp Slingshot. it is solidly built and was relatively easy to build.spares galore and a laser pointer as well as the torch make this a keeper for a few years to come. Goggles definitely a must with any slingshot. I'd suggest a construction video would be a good idea but not a must.
